Welcome to MonoVPS. These terms and conditions govern your use of our virtual private server (VPS) services. By using our services, you agree to these terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for updates.

2. Service Terms

MonoVPS provides virtual private server hosting services subject to the following conditions:

• Resources are allocated as specified in your chosen plan with guaranteed CPU, RAM, and storage
• 99.9% network uptime guarantee for all VPS services, excluding scheduled maintenance
• Full root access to your virtual server with choice of operating system
• Enterprise-grade DDoS protection up to 10Gbps included with all plans
• Weekly automated backups with 7-day retention (Professional and Enterprise plans)
• Instant provisioning and deployment of services

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Our 99.9% uptime guarantee includes:

• Network availability
• Power infrastructure
• Physical server hardware

Service credits will be issued for downtime exceeding our SLA, calculated at 5% of monthly fee per hour of downtime, up to 100% of monthly fees.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Your VPS may not be used for:

• Illegal content distribution or storage
• Spam or unsolicited mass emailing
• Network attacks, scanning, or penetration testing without authorization
• Cryptocurrency mining or high-intensity computing workloads
• Operating open proxies or VPN services without prior approval

5. Payment and Billing

Services are billed monthly or annually in advance. All new accounts are protected by our 7-day money-back guarantee with the following terms:

• Full refund available within first 7 days
• One-time guarantee per customer
• Refund processed within 5-7 business days

After the initial 7 days, refunds are not provided for:

• Domain name registrations and renewals
• SSL certificates and security services
• Administrative and setup fees
• Partial months or unused service periods

6. Technical Support

MonoVPS provides 24/7 technical support with guaranteed response times:

• Critical issues: 1 hour response time
• High priority: 4 hours response time
• Normal priority: 12 hours response time

Support does not include:

• Application development or debugging
• Website content management
• Third-party software configuration
• Code optimization or performance tuning

7. Service Termination

MonoVPS reserves the right to terminate services:

• For violation of acceptable use policy
• Non-payment after 5 days past due
• Excessive resource usage affecting other customers
